Traffic will be affected downtown on the evening of July 25 as an event at the Raleigh Times will close Hargett Street between Wilmington and Fayetteville streets. The WSHA Jam Session will result in closing of the block from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. No other streets will be closed.
